Adsorption air dryers – Desiccant
Adsorption air drying is based on the molecular attraction of the water particles contained in the compressed air, when passing through an adsorbent or desiccant air dryer material. Made up of a molecular sieve, this is a very porous material that can adsorb large amounts of water vapor. The dryer consists of two columns—one drying column and one regeneration column.
