We are looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team at our Laval branch!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all daily inbound and outbound shipments;
• Responsible for shipping and receiving, packaging and unloading;
• Operate a pallet jack;
• Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Verify the accuracy of all received orders;
• Safely load and unload parts and equipment from trucks;
• Receive parts and equipment into the inventory system and complete the required documentation;
• Prepare parts for work orders and customer orders;
• Ensure the accuracy of parts in inventory and in service trucks;
• Perform cycle counts as required;
• Invoice work orders;
• Perform any other required duties.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Functional spoken English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and an ERP system;
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
