We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our great team at our Winnipeg Branch for a temporary contract running from October 2026 through January 2028.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our service operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include:

• Proactively monitoring service agreements;
• Coordinating appointments with clients;
• Scheduling technicians for various service calls;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the computer system;
• Processing warranty claims, as required;
• Ordering and tracking parts for work orders;
• Providing excellent customer service and contributing to customer loyalty;
• Promoting the company’s products, services and professional image.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator or similar position;
• Post-secondary education; technical or mechanical training is considered an asset;
• Strong communication skills by phone, email and in person;
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team;
• A high level of motivation, initiative and organizational skills;
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure;
• Proficiency with Windows and Excel; experience with POS systems and Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.
