COMAIRCO ACQUIRES A BUSINESS PARTNER IN MAINE, EXPANDING ITS OPERATIONS IN THE NORTHEASTERN U.S.
Comairco Equipment Ltd. is a major distributor of electric and diesel compressors in North America. An official Sullair Distributor, Comairco announces the acquisition of the compressor portion of Northern Industrial Sales (NIS), a Sullair distributor in the U.S. state of Maine.
Founded in 1977 by John Davis, Northern Industrial Sales, has been selling Sullair Compressors in Maine. Like Comairco, they aim to provide the best possible service and support to its customers. Joe Yenco will remain in his role as master technician, and will be a key part of the future success of this organization.
Comairco’s acquisition of Northern Industrial Sales is great news for both companies. By combining their strengths and sharing years of experience in compressed air, Comairco will be able to position itself as a major player in the northeastern United States. With the help of Mr. Davis Comairco will operate a smooth transition to take over the compressor portion of Northern Industrial Sales. This new Maine location will operate under Comairco LLC like their sister locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Founded in 1972, Comairco quickly established itself as the solution for all compressed air needs in industrial centres. Comairco is a respected distributor that also offers exclusive solutions to rebuild air compressors. It is headquartered in Buffalo, New York, and has been operating in four U.S. states since the 1990s. Comairco is also present in eight Canadian provinces, with nearly 250 employees in over 20 branches.
