Regional Manager

We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our team for the Buffalo branch!

The Regional Manager will cover the Western Region covering from Syracuse to Buffalo.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
• Ability to motivate and lead people
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
• Previous performance evaluation experience
• Working knowledge of human resources processes
• Bachelor’s degree (or comparable experience) in business management or related field
• Must be open to traveling to our other branches (Rochester, Albany, Syracuse)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support & manage day-to-day operations related to Labor and Parts sales

• Direct support to Service Scheduler, Master Technician, Parts Coordinator, After Market Sales Rep, Shipper/Receiver, Warehouse personnel.
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees
• Assigning performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
• Approve all parts & Labor discounts outside of normal range
• Review/Follow up on open job (W/O) (S/O) and open quotes
• Manage monthly safety meetings
• Provide support to Rental Manager and Product Manager for stock availability
• Provide support to the Administration Department.
• Provide support to Sales Dept. for equipment installation
• Manage the local vehicle fleet in collaboration with the VPGM or Fleet Manager
