YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF

• You have 1-3 years of experience in Parts Sales and/or Inside Sales.
• You have strong relationship skills.
• You are result-oriented.
• You are self-motivated.
• You have effective negotiating skills.
• You have effective communication skills.
• You have strong computer skills.
• You are bilingual (an asset).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommending replacement parts or modifications required for products that are no longer under warranty.
• Prepare after-sales service quotes.
• Help customers solve after-sales service & parts issues as well as provide ongoing support.
• Participate in providing information and technical solutions from the field, service teams and managers.
• Communicate equipment sales opportunities to representatives.
