Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Lead hand technician is responsible to act as a technical expert and will offer training and technical support to the service department and the customer. They will assume a leadership role in all their functions: customer service, technical aptitude, problem solving, company representation.
The main focus is to ensure a constant growth of the after-sales service as well as a good cooperation with the other departments. They will train and coach the technicians to offer the best quality of service. In addition, they will respond to technical questions requiring a higher expertise.
The successful candidate shall possess strong technical leadership skills with a good sense of ownership of the business, leads by example, a good communicator, maintains a positive outlook even during difficult situations and also:
